Hellooo!

Why hello everyone!

I finally got an account on CLW, after having wanted to for a very long time!

So, I suppose I shall introduce myself now. My name is Josh and I am from Pennsylvania, United States. While I am only 19, I have been a HUGE fan of Mr. Lee for a long time.

You might recognize me from US.IMDB (I'm karloffornia-1 over there) or from the (infamous) Sweeney Todd pettition (I'm really sorry about that

I had no idea that Mr. Lee was okay with the cut). I also have an account on youtube where I have posted several videos featuring Mr. Lee (given all credit where due, of course). I'm karloffornia13 on there.

As for me personally, I am kinda strange. I am a bit random and odd...but, I believe myself to be very very friendly.

Finally, the very first work I ever have seen done by Mr. Lee was "Return to Witch Mountain" when I was quite little. I later saw him in "Gremlins 2" and "The Last Unicorn". It was only in my Junior High years where I looked up his work in Hammer and others as well....and I've been hooked on this wonderful fellow ever since.

My favorite film starring Mr. Lee would have to be "The Wicker Man". I absolutly LOVE this film, and I must say that out of all of the Mr. Lee's performances I have viewed, his portrayal of Lord Summerisle is BRILLIANT. It is truly an incredible performance.

Welcome to this marvellous site! It's great to see younger fans of Mr Lee such as yourself.

I have been a fan since I was about 12 years old and I crept downstairs to watch Horror Express on the television!

Hey Josh,

Wowsers! So YOU'RE karloffornia! I remember thinking to myself "that's actually a really clever name" when I first read it :) and the ST petition - no worries, I was all about the Return of the King petition when it was being put up. I think Christopher Lee remained a complete gentleman throughout it all.

It's weird actually, your genesis into a CL fan sounds a lot like mine - I've also been a lurker on this site before finally getting an account. Here's to racking up those post counts and becoming bona fide Members :)

Haha...yea, I am he. Karloffornia is name of a street in Hollywood. Loved it so much and it fit my film style perfectly.

It's cool to meet people similar to meeeeeeeee

Karloffornia is a street name? Wow I didn't know city planners were that imaginative ;) it's still a great name.

And yes, I said 'wowsers' - harder to stop yourself online. Usually I get stoned to death by my friends for saying that :P but yeah, go young CL fans! It's amazing that his appeal is so timeless. It's really nice to meet you too - make sure you gimme a shout anytime you're headed to England :)
