"Star Wars" Tie-in Collectible Featuring Count Dooku

Greetings, everyone!

Because I very much like Mr. Lee and the characters he portrays, I keep a watch on movie collectibles of characters that he has portrayed, like Count Dooku and Saruman.

I receive regular email from the "Star Wars" website, which has an online store chock-full of SW goodies, and every now and then I check for Count Dooku figures and collectibles being sold or ready for release. I was *so* surprised (and happy!) to see this about to be released:

This statuette will be ready in May 2008 (talk about an exciting birthday gift!), and the design shown on the webpage is not finalized, but I wonder: Does Mr. Lee know what his character/s is/are doing?! :) (...wait a minute: just what exactly IS Count Dooku doing there?! I can't tell; can you?)

What's pictured did not happen during SW:AOTC, to the best of my knowledge, and I'm not familiar enough with the animated "Clone Wars" series on the American cable Cartoon Network to know if a scene like this was shown.

This statuette looks good, Count Dooku looks *very* good, but I can't afford that price!

Does anyone else here collect "Star Wars" things? Count Dooku "Star Wars" items? Does anyone collect "The Lord of the Rings" items of Saruman (I also collect Gandalf figures, too).

I can't wait for "The Hobbit" and the next movie to come out. Saruman won't appear in "TH", but everyone who knows the history in "The Silmarillion," I hope the movie has many scenes of the White Council with Saruman in it. In the LOTR films, Saruman only interacted with Gandalf, and Grima, and all the Orcs and Uruk-hai. I hope Mr. Jackson films White Council scenes in Imladris or Lothlorien, with Saruman debating with the Elves about what to do about Sauron.

This statue of Count Dooku looks very good. I don't collect items. But as a great fan of Count Dooku I would like to get this statue, but I can't afford that price too.

To "The Hobbit" I look also very forward and I hope we will see there Mr. Lee again wearing Saruman's robes. Of course only, if Mr. Lee would like it.

The statue of Count Dooku is great, it looks exellent! Then it´s looks similar to Mr. Lee. I would like get it!
