Rep Power: 0 | Radio Interview Tonight (October 25th)
US-radio station WQNA in Illinois is scheduled to air a 20-minute-interview with Christopher Lee tonight at 4.00 pm (CDT).
If no problems occur we may might catch it via their online live stream, it's available at www.wqna.org
That would make 09:00 pm GMT tonight. (please correct me if I'm wrong)
Mr. Lee is going to talk about his album "Revelation" and his recent films.

That would make 09:00 pm GMT tonight. (please correct me if I'm wrong) | Hello everyone,
Thank you for letting us all know about this, Steve. I've been listening to the live stream since about 9-ish (after I got home from a meeting) and, so far, the station has been playing some very nice jazz music. I'm wondering whether the interview with Mr Lee is at 10:00 pm rather than at 9:00 pm. I do hope I haven't missed it. If anyone is reading this and listening to the live stream as well, do let me know either way. Thanks again. Take care:
Warmest regards,
Andrés

Hi everyone.
I just finished listening to the interview which began at 10pm GMT to be correct.
It was recorded over the phone and with not so good quality but you could listen to it.
Great jazz music though. They played some sound clips from Lord of the rings and then the interview started. A good one. Touching on Mr Lees career and somethings you've heard before on how he became an actor and spoke about his album and he is very proud of it as he should be it is remarkble. He said also that he only makes movies for the public not the critics which was very well said.

Hello again everyone,
Yes, indeed, Joakim! I listened to it as well, and it did start at around 10:00 pm as opposed to 9:00 pm, which was good because otherwise I would have missed some of it as I got home at around 9:10pm from a meeting, as I mentioned before. Also they were playing that jazz music, so we had something nice to hear while we were waiting for Mr Lee's section of the show to come up. The interview itself was most interesting, and Mr Lee made some really good points and "set the record straight", so to speak, regarding several areas of his career (Hammer, his singing, etc.) I agree with you, Joakim, that the sound quality was not exactly the best, but you could listen to it and it was clear enough to understand everything that was being said. I really like the fact that Mr Lee is already speaking about a second album, and I hope that we will see this realised in the not too distant future. I'm delighted that Mr Lee is pursuing the musical side of his career, especially as it is obvious how much he enjoys singing. I wish him all the very best with his future albums. Take care everyone:
Warmest regards,
Andrés

I agree André it's wonderful to hear about a second album. The best of luck to Mr Lee on that.
Yes he did talk about Hammer and told the story again on when he did play a certain character for the last time etc. I couldn't help thinking why not leave that aside. But it was a good interview and hope more of you here at the website heard it. Thanks Steve for telling us about it.

A second album would be fantastic, I hope it would be a varied as the first , one of the things I love about the first CD is all the diferent kinds of music on it I always tell my students the more varied types of things you can do the greater you opportunity to get work. If this is the field you want to enter.

I was excited to hear the interview, but ended up missing it. Is there any way to be able to hear it again?

I curse the fates. <_< If the links don't bloody work I can't bloody receive that radio-station.
Curse the Netherlands, I should've gone through the gates that said, "English mothers to-be here." And not "Dutch mothers to-be here."
*rubs chin* Then again, I would've ended up in a paddy-waggon due stalking behaviour or repeated prankery.
