Wink Mr. Lee's Ranking

Hi Everyone, My computer searches found this site which features statistics about actors and actresses...They base their data on all available critic reviews and awards of films.....

In the overall ranking, Mr. Lee ranks 66th out of 67,031 ('all time' total # of actors and actresses)....

In the Actor category Mr. Lee ranks 48th out of 38,163 ('all time' total # of actors).....

I thought this was an interesting bit of information.....and considering the shear numbers of actors and actresses I think these rankings are great!

Also, Congratulations to Mr. Lee for being in the top 50 actors (of all time) list; and the top 100 list of all actors and actresses (of all time)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have the time and are interested; here is the link to the page:

http://movies.toptenreviews.com/acto...ws/a336245.htm

Note: I thought it was interesting too, that if you scan down the page; it shows 168 films Mr. Lee was in and the films ranking.......and even in the list there are quite a bit of the films missing 'reviews'.....So I am not sure if all '250+' of his films were even used to calculate his ranking...There may be a skew in the statistics there....But I still think his ranking is great!

Cheers,;)
Helen

Re: Mr. Lee's Ranking

unless my math is really off ( which is entirely possible I have an anxiety attack at the mere sight of a math book) this puts Mr Lee in the top 1% of his profession. Way to go! Kaitlin

Re: Mr. Lee's Ranking

General rating:

Hug-factor: 80% (20% is used to get away from his bodyguards, or flee from Mrs. Lee's feared umbrella)
Hilarity-rating: 100% His commentary and look-out on things always contain something dry-humoured.
Intelligence: Eh, can't really give a percentage on it. He's most definitely not stupid, and has the cogs in his head turning fairly well for a man his age
Activity/Involvement 90%, seriously, the poor man should lay down for a while and get a back-rub or something. He works too hard. But I seriously admire him for being so active on his age.

Generally, the list goes on *giggle*

Well here in England he's an institution -a bit like the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Marmite, HP Sauce and Weetabix - we're just used to having him around! and like Dracula, a gentleman who refuses to lie down.

Re: Mr. Lee's Ranking

he'a a person and for me at least quite an inspiration As I get older I find more and more the value of being involved and active. It keeps you young, my main occupation is teaching children and adults music, with the young people I have to keep up on the current trends and groups It has kept me involved and learning and growing.I don't always like the material but it is a good exercise in the discipline of working on something even if you are not terribly enthused about what you are working on at the moment. I suspect it does the same for Mr Lee. Fixture no, object lesson in how to keep yourself from turning into a pile of dust on the shelf most certainly. I can only hope I can do the things I love as long as he has. That is the greatest blessing you can have in your life aside from being surrounded by people who love you. Kaitlin
