I had a great time at the event on Saturday. I can't believe it's been eight years since I was last at Bray but it was. I won't do another article as everything I need to say about Bray Studios is in my earlier one but I though I'd let everyone know how the day went.
First of all the weather was terrific and allowed the fans and guests to mingle on the lawn beside the Thames.Some of the guests included Jimmy Sangster, Caroline Munroe, Ingrid Pitt, Madeline Smith, Martine Beswick, Valerie Leon, Yvonne Monlaur, Edward De Souza, John Cater, Douglas Wilmer, Damien Thomas, Vera Day, Virgina Wetherell, Catherine Feller, Peter Graham Scott, John Hough, Janina Faye, Ian Scoones, Bert Bratt and Carol Marsh .
To wander around Bray speaking to the technicians and stars whilst getting autographs and anecdotes is something fans like me dream of. It was also great to catch up with people from the CLW and fans from all over the world. Hello to David , Jim & Holger to name but three. A truly marvelous day that I'll remember forever.

This should be touching Matt, to be at a place where so many times our favorite actors were working. Where Mr. Lee and Mr. Cushing passed moments of big to act, having fun....

I remember to have read something on as the friendship among the two begins if.

Hi Matt, just thought I would put on a photo I took of yourself and "little Tanya" (Janina Faye) from Dracula and a couple of "Aunt Lucy" (Carol Marsh) again from "Dracula". It was a great day and had a chat with Matt and loads of other fans. I took some video of the day unfortunatly when I put it on to youtube the quality had to be reduced to get it on but it's watchable.

Wel OK now I am officially old, I saw this in the theatre. It has been running quite a bit on the cable here, so I have had a chance to see it again and again it always impresses me My only regret about the film is that we do not get to hear Mr Lee's wonderful voice. Kaitlin

Matt, thanks for the link to the pics! I am extremely pleased to see that Douglas Wilmer looks to be in the pink of health! Glad to hear you hooked up with Holger too! Looks like a great day.
