Wink Tim Burton on Mr. Lee

Hi Everyone, I found this 'interview' that was done in October of 2006. Harry Knowles was 'phone interviewing' Tim Burton about his 'Nightmare before Christmas' being reissued as a 3D film...

Anyway, they get off subject a bit and start chatting about Mr. Lee....There are some great bits in there...

Several that I absolutely love...Like the bit about Tim Burton saying he hasn't had the nerve yet to ask Mr. Lee to record his (Tim Burton) phone answering machine message....and how much he really cares about Mr. Lee..Tim Burton also mentions his first meeting with Mr. Lee and a bit about Sweeney Todd.

Harry Knowles speaks a bit about how Peter Jackson 'set him up' with a story about 'someone Mr. Lee had supposedly met'!

Anyway, the bits with Mr. Lee are about 1/2 down (Scroll bar), but the overall interview is interesting also.....

Here is the link if you are interested........

I know that 'Hitler part' was meant as a joke but on the other hand, I can't quite find it amusing when I think of that URGH (No, not Christopher).
