Rep Power: 0 | Morgan Stanley Great Briton Awards
I heard about this on Classic FM on the way to work this morning and had to check it out when I got home.
Basically you can nominate any Brit you like for this award. (Classic FM) Nominate the people who you think have made an outstanding contribution to the nation. Plus, everyone who nominates here online will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of tickets to the Awards dinner to be held in London on 18 January 2007. Runners up will receive a digital radio. (Classic FM)
If you want to nominate Mr. Lee you have to fill out a very small form, e-mail etc.
Theres no harm in trying. http://www.classicfm.com/Article.asp...2323&spid=9330
Cheers
Colin

Thank You Colin....That was easy, I only wish they had a section as to 'why' you are nominating this person ( I could easily give them a page or two)....;)
Hope for the best!
Cheers,;)

Hello everyone,
Many thanks for telling us about this, Colin! I've added my nomination for Mr Lee. I wonder who will make it to the shortlist for the awards, and who they'll finally choose to give it to. Take care all:
Warmest regards,
Andrés

As for the tickets, if I have luck I will make a donation, because I don't have access to the layer of invisibility of Harry Potter, to enter like this in an airplane...

Andrés | Well, I have doubts success would be had in this attempt.
But if it was not for the work and for the responsibilities, it would be worthwhile a madness to reach a desire...
Good, I adore chocolate. Until the Colonel dog (? ) it liked.
Christopher Lee comments: The Hound Of The Baskervilles
"... He rapidly became a favorite of the cast the crew, who fed him chocolate and other goodies The result was that when he was supposed to attack me at climax of the film, he refused to do so. He was then taunted and tormented by his friends to such an extend that out of a mixture of rage and bewilderment he actually did assault me, an I can assure the reader that the bite of a Great Dane is not to be recommended. ( THE FILMS OF CL) Are elephants sweeter?!
