Wicker Man Remake - Confidence?

I just came across this article of an interview with Wicker Man Remake Director Neil LaBute. In the interview he "insists" that Mr. Lee will be "Happy" with his remake. His confidence lies in the fact as he states it......"I was very careful because I am a big fan of what he (Mr. Lee) did in the movie.....

Well, LaBute is at least confident in his movie.....I (personally) would be a bit hesitant "insisting" that Mr. Lee will be "Happy".....But we shall see.........

In the same place there are contradictions on Mr. Lee's opinion regarding the remake of the film.
Actually, I think a lot of what is writing is the person's imagination that wrote the article...
But like you said, we will wait to see!

I'm sorry, it sounds like mind games. LaBute WANTS Mr. Lee to like it, but Mr. Lee will decide for himself. Nobody tells HIM what will make him "happy."

If he DOES like the new WICKER MAN, I'm sure Mr. Lee will tell us.

I read a couple of the film's reviews and it sounds horrible. In one of the reviews, the viewer walked out during the film.

It realy is strange how you can make some one insist to like something. How do you do that??. I'm not sure I will see it in the cinema. Maybe rent it.
But Nicolas Cage is a very good actor though. Will Mr Lee like it?? We will see.
