Which fan of Mr. Lee wouldn't dream of meeting Mr. Lee himself?
Well, for a second I thought so only to make me want to bang my head against the wall so hard I'd never be able to think without hurting my head again.
I work at this gardening centre and ofcourse there come customers of Mr. Lee's age. I looked up when I heard my 'boss' talk and heard this familiar voice and I looked up then I was like
0.0 What the- You're kidding me right. Here?!
I walked over with a few plants as not to look ridiculous and indeed it wasn't Mr. Lee but I swear; it could've been Mr. Lee's unknown twin!
Afterwards my boss asked what I did with those plants all over here and well; I couldn't quite deny him the fun as I couldn't help but smile broadly at my own stupidity for some strange reason

Only of to think and to speak in that he gives something as if the heart will come out. I am moved with that. I am stupid, leaning in something similar and my eyes are wet of tears that don't fall, they insist on being glued in the eyes. My God, to see Mr. Lee! Even if went from a distance. Does he imagine to greet him, then?! To receive a smile of him!
When I was 17 years old, I met a young man 29 years (everything so similar to Mr. Lee: eyes, head, hair, mouth, smile, color of the skin, way of walking, of looking.... until the teeth.... I fell in love, but only I knew about that. I admired him and it disguised. He was driver of my school bus.
Now, after 26 years, me one day I saw him. He is more similar. He is gray-headed. He is more beautiful still... as Mr. Lee.:embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse :embarasse

I once thought I saw Vincent Price on a train...but of course he is dead :(, I don't think I would know what to say if I met Christopher Lee.

Like he cares he's my inspiration and makes me smile when I think of him etc.

In other postings, some of you guys have said you have trouble acquiring Mr. Lee's films, books, etc., as you live all over (i.e. Australia, Brazil, the Netherlands). I take things for granted living in the States, & working in NEW YORK CITY, yet!
Who do I envy? English girls! Chances are, if they run into a Lee "lookalike," it could be Mr. Lee HIMSELF, in the flesh (Mmmm....)
But I have faith. If I met him, nervous or not, I bet the right words would come to me. It'd be a fascinating conversation. I'm sure putting lovesick fans at ease is one of his many gifts.
In THE WORLD OF HENRY ORIENT, this teen girl is mad for this sexy pianist (Peter Sellers). In one scene, she's lying prostrate on the floor, clutching his album cover, her eyes wide, so she looks DEAD. Her best friend screams.
That's how I feel about Mr. Lee. Thanks to him, I'll always be a TEEN.

Mainly to the we think about our idols. Mr. Lee should also have his adolescent side. That is fabulous, because to the glance for his face in the current pictures, it is noticed a great vivacity (why if not to tell something adolescent)
Congratulations Mr. Lee! The Mister it is the MAXIMUM!

Mr. Lee's films, books, etc. are worth ANY amount of money! Since December, from Amazon, I've ordered 49 of his movies & 2 of his books!
I also happen to be the proud owner of the hardcover THE FILMS OF CHRISTOPHER LEE, published back in the early 80's, which I bought back in '93. The photos are incredible. The type looks like that of an old-fashioned MANUAL typewriter! It has the feel of a homemade scrapbook. I keep it close to my bed (& HEART!).
How lucky am I!

By the way, that typeset used in the book THE FILMS OF CHRISTOPHER LEE, is called Courier. Being an editor, I had to clarify that!

I should stop printing out images of Mr. Lee, my whole diary is stuffed with interviews and pictures of Mr. Lee on all ages.
My dad swore he'd throw it out the window if I didn't stop printing as cardridges costs loads :P
