Just finished watching RASPUTIN, THE MAD MONK, for like the zillionth time. Have you ever seen a cooler, yet HOTTER, Rasputin than our beloved Mr. Lee?

Just can't stop myself from re-winding that great scene, where he makes Sonia kneel, SMACKS her face, rips off her clothes, and...Well, you all know what happens NEXT!

Also, how about when he humiliates her, & hypnotizes her into KILLING herself!

And Barbara Shelley's greatest screen line, "Did you see his EYES?"

This Rasputin is very special. I am in the doubt among my favorite ones: it is sometimes Scaramanga, other times he is Kurt, suddenly he is Paul Allen, in one moment it is Lord Summerisle, soon it is Dr. Marlowe, why not to mention Dooku.... But Rasputin * EXCELLENT and with Bárbara Shelley then. Same Dracula despising her and Rasputin also, I believe that in a romance film, it would be the perfect companion.There the "HEAT" would convince, it would be a great work.
