2006 Rose d'Or festival

The Rose d'Or festival is underway in Lucerne Switzerland from the 25 through the 30th of April......The festival will also host the Bal de la Rose d'Or that is the charity gala to benifit UNICEF, of which Mr. and Mrs. Lee have supported for a number of years.

One article mentions that Mr. Lee (and presumably Mrs. Lee) will be in attendance again this year.....

Mr. Lee has been quoted a number of times over the years as to the importance of the world's children and their need of help.....Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Lee and all those that support this and other charities that help the world's children.....

There is an article from the New Zealand Herald, where Mr. Lee gave an interview at the Rose d' Or Festival. Mr. Lee talks about Peter Jackson and the ROTK. Mr. Lee also mentions how much he likes NZ, and has recently turned down a role in an Australian film, as it is a 'tremendous journey'.
