Cinema for Peace Charity Gala 2006

The Berlin Film Festival runs from the 9th to the 19th of February. The 12th was the Cinema For Peace Charity Gala, which benefits UNICEF. Mr. Lee as a long time supporter of UNICEF and the Cinema For Peace gala, was once again present at this years Charity gala.

At a press conference Mr. Lee is reported as saying that........

"Celebrities have a duty to speak up in the face of mistreatment of children around the world. The world today is in such a terrible mess, and the children are suffering so much that anyone who can help by talking about it should do so. If you are well-known to the public, I think it's an obligation."
