I just found out that "A Feast at Midnight" is out on DVD in the US! Wow, I had no idea! One of my very favourite Christopher Lee films too. Unfortunately, and unless some else can indicate otherwise, the one Amazon review mentioning disc quality is not good. Specifically, the reviewer commented: Quote:

I just watched this movie now, and it does seem like it has been copied onto DVD from VHS. The picture quality is watchable, but not by any means good, so if you already own it on VHS you're better off with that, I suspect. As for "whole sections missing" I don't know anything about this, as I have not seen the movie before I watched this DVD. Didn't notice any obvious missing scenes, though. The running time is 102 min (NTSC).

Thanks for the feedback. Since I have the VHS I think I'll skip this particular DVD release. Wow...not often I get to say that!
