Rep Power: 0 | "Revenge of the Sith" Trailer now online
Hey everyone, you may probably already know but I thought I'd let you know that the full trailer for Episode III is now online. Try the link below to see it! http://movies.channel.aol.com/featur...rs/trailer.adp
I saw it first on MTV and was amazed. Watching it again, you do see Anakin cross light sabres with Count Dooku, but it's ever so brief, but nonetheless welcome....!
I'm very excited about this film, the prequels have got successively better, and the icing on the cake will be Mr Lee's contribution, I only hope his role isn't as brief as rumoured (at least we're sure to see his formidable light sabre skills once more!).
Hope everyone is well!

Awesome. I remember sitting in the Grauman's Chinese theatre in 1976 watching the first "Star Wars" and going "oh, MAN!!" when Leia's ship went over our heads, and we first saw Darth Vader stomp through the ship's corridors. Everyone in that theatre knew they were seeing something really special. I seem to remember having a small conversation with Christopher about this film :) since after all, a dear friend was playing one major slimeball in the picture. How cool that things are full circle now and both Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee have been in episodes of one of the best film epic franchises ever conceived.
Anakin Skywalker and Obiwan are major cute (ok, that just slipped out of me mouth when me back was turned).
Ha, I just had a group of guys standing looking over my shoulder watching the trailer on my office PC in my cubicle, and they are all completely jazzed. Unfortunately, they are like me; we all like the dark side of the Force better than the Jedi. Scary bunch.

Amen to that,Pam!!!! I remember "Star Wars" too. A movie theater here ran the movie for a "Entire Year"!!! Even had a party to celebrate with cake,soda,prizes,etc. I remember Carrie Fisher's (Princess Leia) line to Peter Cushing(Grand Moff Tarkin) "I recognize your foul stench when I was brought onboard" and to mention when she said the following: "Will someone get this walking carpet out of my way"-----referring to Chewbacca. Obi-wan's NOT that cute,at least not to me. Anakin's OK. In one of the books describing the filming of "SW3-ROTS" out in the bookstores now------they describe "Christopher's death" --------AND NO!!!!! I'm not saying a word-----you have to read the book for yourselves,and see the movie!!!:D :D But then,I could live in Barnes&Noble.

[size=2]Hello everybody,
Thank you very much indeed for that link, Novak. The trailer for Episode III looks very dramatic, and it took me a couple of times of watching to spot Mr Lee as Count Dooku crossing lightsabres with Anakin Skywalker. It is a little disappointing that Mr Lee is only included in this preview as a blink-and-you'll-miss-it shot, but it only makes one even more eager to see him in the film itself. I just hope that his screentime will not be too short, so that everyone gets a good chance to see him in action. Quote: |

You don't know how hard I found it signing the order to terminate your life." As Pam observed, it is both fitting and touching to see Mr Lee following

But then,I could live in Barnes&Noble. | Yeah, I got the screenplay book, and I have the "Making of" book that just came out showing Christopher setting up in his scenes with Lucas, and the poor man spinning around his opponents in one lightsaber fighting scene and really getting dizzy...good grief, he puts up with a lot to get a shot right! When you read that part of the book, you'll get mad at the "stupid blue carpet" too.
Ok, I do live at Barnes & Noble...they all know me at my store, and I just hand them 2/3 of my paycheck every month. I'm not a bookworm, I'm a book anaconda. :p I walked to the store yesterday (ok, it's a mile walk, people) and when I got back to the office I was feeling pretty queasy. Christopher spins around and gets a little dizzy. I walk and I fall apart. I'm telling you, it's not chronological age, it's how to take care of yourself, and I wish I was in as good a shape as Count Dooku!

Well.... I kind of ruined parts of the film for myself when I was in Virgin at Piccadilly.... casually picked up a book called "The Making of EpIII" and saw more than I intended!! It amazes me how die hard fans have to know everything before they see the film, where's the fun in that?? I've been hooked ever since I saw Return of the Jedi as a kid, but I wouldn't ruin the film for myself!
And if we're talking favourite lines of dialogue - surely Han and Leia exchange "I love you", "I know" must be up there? (I also love Mr Lee's, "Brave, but foolish, my old Jedi friend" - brilliant reading of that line!).

Pam,you positively "slay me"! You are a trip. At least you get to walk to Barnes & Noble-------I have to get in my "falling-apart,paint-peeling" minivan and drive to it. When I go,I always tell myself that "I'm not going to stay long" and then the next thing I hear is:"Ladies and gentlemen,Barnes & Noble will be closing in 15 minutes!"(My B&N stays open until 11 PM)I like your comment "Christopher spins around and gets dizzy------I walk and I fall apart!" But then,we're ALL guilty of no exercise,probably except for Christopher! As for Poeraven---I wholehartly agree with your comment that Peter's up in Heaven(Paradise-or whatever you want to call it) with Helen,keeping a "close eye" on Christopher and watching out after him. Just goes to show how close Christopher and Peter were. I can imagine that the first thing that Christopher's going to see when He gets to Heaven,other than the "Head Honcho Upstairs--AKA GOD" will be Peter,that's going to be some reunion!!!! Don't you think??:) :)
