ROTS teaser

So, how many here have seen the ROTS trailer and what are the reactions to it?

I was, overall, excited and fairly impressed. The CGI vomit is something I suppose we've all become accustomed to, but it was certainly thrilling to see Vader and wookies again!

I was one of the first in Europe to see it at a convention at the beginning of this month!

I must admit I'm not a big SW follower but it really does look brilliant.

I loved it I thought it was purely awsome. I always wondered about the final duel between obi wan and Anakin just before he turns to the darkside.

I watched it online with my son .............. it was hard to tell which one of us was acting like an eleven year old ............. exciting stuff !

I think my reaction goes without saying.

It was seeing Sidious with a 'sabre that got me, but I guess that any guy capable of training a monstrosity of the likes of Darth Maul can kick some serious butt himself!

I'd recommend you all take a peek at the video game trailer, too, on the Star Wars website - there's some of Count Dooku in there! I can't guarentee that any of it is true to what will happen in the movie, but it looks fun all the same.

It really looks quite spectacular. Not only will we hopefully be seeing more Dooku, but also more of the Emperor, played by Ian McDiarmid, who has said of Mr. Lee, 'I like to think I've learned a thing or two from him.'

The thin, pale figure in red who we see for a second or two in the trailer is played by Bruce Spence, who also plays the Mouth of Sauron in the Return of the King Extended Cut. (Apparently, he has also been in the Matrix trilogy. All he needs now is to appear in Harry Potter and he can die happily!)

The trailer in itself looks thrilling. If it's an indication of the movie, all I can say is that it's going's to be a WOW ride at the theatre. :D

Gee, I hope they show it on at an Imax cinema - imagine that! And I'm looking forward to seeing more of Ian McDiarmid too, Luke. This episode is *so* gonna be his crowning glory.

I love the two main duels for ROTS Palpatine vs Yoda and Anakin vs Obi-Wan Kenobi.:D

I am so totally PSYCHED for this film. The teaser looks great as do all of the TV spots. How many of you saw the little Lego animated thingy on Cartoon network? Even that was awesome.

I have an 8 year old daughter and we have watched the promo spots together and she's as excited as i am (even though she knows she won't be able to see it until mum's watched it 8 times and knows all the spots to tell her to cover her eyes)

Ian McDiarmid looks like he finally got a 'good juicy' role and some great screen time.

Have any of you read the novelization of this movie yet? It gives such great insight into what happens with Dooku.
