Hey Colin,
About that job thing,... don't sweat it. I've been laid off on more than one occasion and it has always worked out for the better. Now I freelance full-time and have never been happier. Good luck, I'm sure you'll get along swimmingly.
:homer:
Outdoor Sarah, have fun camping. If you get a chance, check out the Frank Frazetta Museum in Marshall's Creek, PA. I've included the link. http://frazettaartgallery.com. I when last year and it was something.
I plan on enjoying time with my family, laying in the backyard hammock, taking some Fridays off for long weekends, do some artwork, fish & maybe catch a Cardinal ballgame in St. Louis.
Enjoy yourself, it's later than you think, enjoy yourself, while you're still in the pink, the years go by, more quickly than you think... so enjoy yourself, enjoy yourself, it's later than you think. My name is Terry and I'm going to enjoy myself first!

I'm sorry to hear about your job loss too Colin - I'm sure you'll pull through and find another.
And, regarding holidays... well, my trip to London was my holiday! My mum and two sisters are off to Cleethorpes (on the East Coast of the UK) in August for a week, but I've opted to stay at home with my dad - I need to find a job, really, now my exams are over.

Well I'm so poor that I can't afford a holiday this year, just like last year and the year before.

Just got back from mine.
Meeting Joe in the USA/Chicago and going to the Monster Bash convention in/near Pittsburg. Had a great time. :D
Meeting Joe and other great people, greasy food, scary movies, rollercoasters (the new Superman ride rules!), Erie beer (12% Alc) and loud heavy metal music. :1roll:
Oh and sticking things up a cannon. ;)
I'm sorry to hear you lost your job Colin. :(

Hi, Colin...very sorry to hear of your job, but like everyone else here, I know you'll find something else (and better) very soon.
Just got back from my vacation, Disneyland in Southern California with my wife and daughter. It was awesome!

Hey Dave,
I think vacationing with The Mouse is a ton of fun. I've been to Disney FL 4 times and have always had fun. Now I'd love to go out West to the Badlands & Vegas to see relatives.
Last year my wife, daughter & I went to the East Coast to Cape Cod & Rockpot, MA. I had to stop and see Frank Frazetta's museum and art, saw a Red Sox game and ate as much seafood as I could.
Jacob, we could have had a Midwest CL Web Club meeting with Joe, Alfonso...
:1devil:
Vacations with family and friends is the coolest!

Thanks for all your support.:)
We have decided to throw caution to the wind and go on holiday. I would rather be penniless in sunny Spain than here.
I was awake all night thinking about starting my own business, selling my artwork, or professional print's of them, have a little shop somewhere, wouldn't that be great, they say if you find a job you love, you needn't work another day in your life.:) Needless to say Mr. Lee's drawings would be a bonus because he is more popular now than ever, and I have loads of them.
Jacob, glad to see you are back safely, hope you had a great time and look forward to chatting with you on Sunday, especially this cannon business.:D
Thanks again peeps

Colin , if there's any chance at all in starting a buisness in art you should go for it . I've said it before and I'll say it again .........
You're artwork is amazing ........ seize the day !
Oh , and as far as vacations go ....... I'm taking the family to Greece , can't wait .
