Autograph Question...

The first of this week, I purchased an autographed photo of Cristopher Lee as Saruman from the official store here. After I submitted my PayPal payment, I received confirmation from PayPal, but nothing from CristopherLeeWeb.com. I emailed requesting confirmation of my order and payment, but haven't received a response yet.

For any that purchased autographs, did you receive confirmation from the store? I question whether my order did not get completed successfully.

I have never used PayPal, but all items I have order from this site have arrived safely.
I get a reply because I e-mail my order, it can take time, as Mr. Lee has to sign them, Don't worry I'm sure your order will be fine, I don't know of any one who has ever been let down.
You could always send Juan an e-mail, he is very busy but I'm sure he will anwer you as soon as he can.

I'm not sure if the site does sent out confirmation, I send cheques so I know mine will take a litttle bit longer.

Thanks for the reply. PayPal was the only option for online payment, I believe. The reason why I was concerned was that, after submitting payment, I was redirected back to the cristopherleeweb.com site, but was given a message about not being able to view the page without being logged in or something(somewhere in the forums, I assume).

I emailed earlier in the week. I did end up receiving an email later this afternoon confirming my order.

There you go, see all's well, didn't think this site would let anyone down.

Let us know what you think of your autographed photo of Christopher Lee went it comes.
I know you will be pleased, I have had most of mine framed and put on the wall.
