I personally have never thought of him as being "geeky"...I suppose they are saying that any actor who works in sci-fi or fantasy movies is geeky..I disagree...
but it's nice to see that others find him "gorgeous" and not just us

Heh heh. Thanks for the link!
I don't really agree with that "geeky" business, but it was fun to vote and check out the results.
I hope some others go over there and counter the votes of the crazed teenage girls who have put Orlando Bloom and Elijah Wood ahead of Mr. Lee in the talent category!

Useless trivia time, but does everyone know what gorgeous used to mean...? Just to prove that I have learnt something from my English Language course... :D Heh.

star38 | I don't know what the word used to mean, but this meaning is dead on as far as I'm concerned. :D

Being a member that likes to check out links others have provided in threads, I checked it out and placed my vote for Mr. Lee.
Geeky?... considering it is a site featuring Star Wars beefcake and LotR hunks, I'll play along. I forwarded the link to my daughter for the Orlando Bloom candidacy. Hopefully she won't consider him more talented than Mr. Lee- there's still moisture behind his ears.
Total Babe
Pretty Hot
Kinda Cute
OK if you like that kinda thing
Not appealing at all
:twirl:
I went with Kinda cute. I felt sort of funny rating him as a Total Babe, and Pretty Hot was just plain wrong. OK if you like that kinda thing.:1devil: Although it might increase your chances of a date on the weekend, I'm not leaning that way. On the other hand, I couldn't bring myself to click on Not Appealing At All.
Kinda Cute. I feel funny now.

Yes thats are Mr. Lee. | To true - but for the old meaning, just take the first syllable of the word and think about it... :P And if anyone has a copy of The Hobbit at hand, you'll find it in it's old use in there, when the three trolls begin to fight one another...
Completely useless, but fairly interesting trivia.

What do they mean "geeky??" Mr. Lee has a lot of great qualities: talented, worldly, sophisticated, bold, diplomatic, AND gorgeous -- but geeky? I hope they mean that in a good way.

It wasn't the 'geeky' thing that shocked me most, Mllprncss - it was the fact that Orlando Bloom was at the top of the best actor column! There's hardly enough evidence to prove that! He's fine as Legolas, but, come on! He's got much to do before he's at the level I consider Mr. Lee and other venerable actors.
And who voted Brendan Fraser above Mr. Lee for that matter? Crazy! But I guess it's only a bit of fun! :P Heh.

Yes, Jurious, I too wondered that!! Especially about Brendon Fraser! I don't mind him but every time I see him in something I can't help but think "Can you crack an expression on your face?" He's not bad looking and he has a nice voice, but I like to call him "the expressionless actor." Don't even get me started on Orlando Bloom! The whole thing is in fun though, so I don't mind too much. Plus, we all know that Mr. Lee is great -- in every way. Maybe it's tacky (or whatever), but I wasn't too shy to vote Mr. Lee "Pretty Hot." It's not disrepectful to me, it's just telling it like it is!!
