Did Christopher Lee do this or this another Christopher Lee?
This 1978 episode of Saturday Night Live is hosted by Christopher Lee and features musical guest Meat Loaf.
A copy is up for sell, but is it the right one.
Is this our Mr. Lee?

Yes, I am aware that in 1978 our Christopher Lee did host an episode of Saturday Night Live and that Meat Loaf was the musical guest. From what I understand, it was a well-watched episode too. It was really very funny and I enjoyed seeing
Mr. Lee doing comedy.

Yes, to that too. He also plays the grim reaper, and it was so long ago before we had a VCR, but I think Mr. Lee sings a song from The Man of La Mancha. (Very nicely done, too.) I think I remember hearing as well that it was one of the highest rated shows. Mr. Lee had a moustache at the time.

It was the third highest rated show of the time.
I remember well seeing it when it first aired.
Sadly, I've never been able to obtain it on video.
The Grim Reaper sketch is one of the most memorable in SNL history.

But the 'Vampire Nixon' sketch is the best of all, in my opinion.

One of my favorite quotes from the Grim Reaper sketch was "...And Igmar Bergman makes films about me that I'll never understand!"
And don't forget the time Mr. Lee introduced Meat Loaf... :P

Well there is a VHS up for sell of the progarm, I would like it, but I can't get it, its needs a Credit card, if some one out there would buy me a copy I could sent them the money, then I would let them know where its up for sell.
Its a USA site.
So they won't take my card. not sure how many copys there are
Or if its a one off.
If some one would like to PM me.
Yes I saw some of that progarm on TV the other day.

what u should do is use The Internet Movie Database. or you could use this site it's connected to it. on the C.Lee movies on tv they list in it tv shows also. they update it every 2 weeks. that way u don't have to pay to get it off e-bay for example. all you have to do is wait untill they show it again i'm not sure when that will be however.:(
