Just in case that any German speaking fans are reading this:
Tonight HR's LateLounge double feature shows Billy Wilder's Das Privatleben des Sherlock Holmes (The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes) featuring "our" Mr. Lee as Mycroft Holmes. The movie will be shown late at night (around 2:00 am), so have your VCR ready! ;)

luckyTramp | They never show that movie on a network I can get. :furious:
Worse, even if I could get it, they're playing it at 2 AM... :furious:
I'm not a teenager anymore. Why do they keep on scheduling Mr. Lee's films way past my bedtime? :furious: :furious: :furious:
A very ticked off...

I know the feeling, but its still the best.
Have you tried e-bay, some times you can buy alot cheaper from there.
My list is never ending, but I'm trying, and one day, one day I will do it.

star38 | Unfortunately, I don't have a credit card, so ordering from Ebay might be out of the question. But I'm thinking of ordering through BlockBuster. I've ordered videos through them before and you can pay cash in advance with them...

star38 | Thanks. But I'm one of those who feels "leery" about buying on the net. I've gone through BlockBuster before, and I know how they work... :)

you need to check on the people profile, who are selling to see if they can be tusted. I have have got a lot from there and had no problems.
You must always check what others say about the sellers.

star38 | That goes without saying...
The nice thing about BlockBusters is that they're right on the way to the supermarket, so I don't even have to go out of my way. All I need to do is make one extra stop. That's all... :)

star38 | Usually, if the film is on video or on DVD, they will order it for you specially. That's what I was talking about. If it's on tape or DVD, you can order it. At least, that is my understanding. And, since a lot of Mr. Lee's films have been crawling out of the woodwork and onto DVD, I might actually get very lucky indeed...

I too have got a few films like that from them, but they are limited as to what is in they own stores.
