Has anyone played this game? I just bought the Fellowship of the Ring game for XBOX and started playing the other night. Is this game worth the time? From what I've seen, the first part of it is pretty tame...does it get better?

Is it at all like the one for playstation 2? I really didn't like that one, it wasn't Lord of the Rings at all, you just had to run around killing the enemies..

All I'm doing is running around and smacking big spiders with a stick. Not all that great yet.
I'm holding out until I get to Bree and meet Strider, maybe then it'll liven up a bit.

How do you find time to play games?
Mind you I can't hold the controls, so I can't play them.
My son buys a game one day and then complete its the next day!
Some times it takes him two days, when he gets home from work his on the computer and stays there till he completes it.
I have lost count of how many he has and what they are.

star38 | I don't have much time. I usually have about 45 mintues between when I get home and when my husband and 5 year old get home. So about twice a week I use that time to play some games...it normally takes me about a month to complete something though, if not longer :-)

I'm home most of the day, can't work so I'm nearly always on the computer, or watching Video/DVDs.
You may say thats a great life, but I hate it I would love to be at work, sitting home all day can get very boring at times.

star38 | No I wouldn't. For me, sitting around the house is not seomthing that I can tolerate for too long. I have to be able to get out. Work for me is sort of theraputic, until it gets too stressful, then sitting around for while is a blessing.
If I'm home for a couple days in a row though, it gets bad for me.
But at least you have this site to visit...and some of us to talk to :-)

But most of you work, so at times I'm the only one here, Oh there is Mr. Leebot but there is only so much you can say to him.
I just saw that you have been to see Mr. Leebot today.

star38 | Yeah, but I don't know why I go back. I'm not afraid of him anymore :-)
but I'm still not sure why he exists. I mean, it's really pointless talking to it.

She has been going for a few years now, but you can still see a lot of Mr. Leebot in her, the same way they talk.

The LOTR:FOTR game is only fair. Some nice elements, but it's about a 5 hour experience in all.
I do, however, highly recommend THE TWO TOWERS game. Beautifully produced, with voice talent from the movies and if you love to fight, it gives you a hellacious workout. It's all action, and even has a few clips in the dvd cutscenes that didn't make it into the movie.

Well maybe when I have time to finish FOTR I'll be able to start TTT. Takes me a while to work through these things :)
But I'm glad that someone else has actually played this game all the way through.
