In a perfect world we could walk in to the nearest retail store and buy any Christopher Lee film we wanted to but its just not that easy. Although it is getting easier with Hercules in the Haunted world, Whip and the Body Theater of Death, and sherlock Holmes and the Deadly Necklace making it to DVD this past year( just, to name a few). Anyway, films like Serial , Hannie Caulder, I Monster, Goliath Awaits, the Keeper and Blood Fiend are almost impossible unless you hunt for copies on Ebay. Here is a few links that have helped me locate all these titles in the past . I know a lot of fans hav
ent been able to see many of these movies because they just cant find them on Ebay , well try these links. And dont forget to always go to used video sections at the local video rental store and especially comic book stores that sell used video. I picked up Goliath Awaits, the Keeper and the Land of Faraway for under $4.00 at a comic book store selling old tapes. Not the greatest quality mind you, but at least you able to see the film and Mr. Lees performance. A lot of these films are never on TV and may never make it to DVD release. Enjoy and any one who has any other links or suggestions let the rest of us know
As fans we need to see... everything!!!

I've bought quite a few things from Skinnyguy and Sinister Cinema, through eBay auctions. They're very reliable.

I looked with some interest at the sinistercinema site. Their VHS of The Wicker Man, do you know if it's the 103 minute version, which is the full and complete film? Also saw they had I, Monster. I've e-mailed them, but haven't had an answer back yet.

Regarding Sinister cinema, if they dont get back to you...check out the magazine Filmfax. They always have multiple pages of catalog info with great descriptions of quality and even running time. I know they did have it , the longer version, at one time . Im not sure but i think Sinister Cinema and Filmfax are owned by the same people they have big ad space each month. I will see if i can find my old catalogs but i think i threw them all out. For the longer version you would need the right product number

The only problem is that some of us don't have credit cards. Will I be able to order films from those sites without one? :(

I just ordered from sinistercinema this morning, and as far as I could tell, it was credit card only, but I really didn't look for other payment options. I e-mailed them yesterday about The Wicker man and got an answer this morning. Yes, they carry the 103 minute version on VHS for sure (forgot to check about DVD), and they ship to Canada, maybe internationally.
At the same time I also ordered Alias; John Preston *** I, Monster *** Diagnosis: Murder. ( I, Monster was to replace our old TV home-taped copy.) I think I'm going to have to schedule some serious watching time soon....
