I have had a look at the interactive stories. I think maybe I should add one of my many fanfics I have written and going to write on there. I have mostly written comedy style Lotr fanfics.
When and if I write them up I want you all to know that they will be fun and shouldn't be taken seriously........you never know what someppl might think.

Well I have no idea why I am telling you this but I just thought I would

You could do if you wanted - but remember an interactive story is for everyone, and when someone adds a chapter, it may not go where you want it to.

The only problem I've found with the interative stories (well, it's not a problem, just an opinion...:P) is that some people consantly add their own chapters. I've only followed a chapter written by me by another written by me when I want to get a story going in another direction - I just think that people should write their bit, then leave it for someone else, or the story doesn't become quite as interactive as it should be, if you get my gist. :)

On another note, I too write fanfic - but it's definately drama, not comedy, and mine is for Star Wars.

If you don't add your fanfic here in the form of the start of an interactive story, how about leaving a link to somewhere on the web where people can go and read what you've done? Do you put them onto the Fanfic Net or anything, for example?

Dear Jurious,
I didn't add any extra chapters to mine. I just posted the one chapter. But nobody added anything. (Where is a crying smiley when you really need one?)

Hey, that's fine Vandevere! :D I wasn't picking on anyone! Sorry if I sounded that way...

I'm sure someone will add to yours eventually - I'll probably check it out soon, and see if I can chip in anywhere! I recently added a bit to one of my own chapters because I wasn't keen on the other routes.

But it's all great fun, I have to say!

I love fanfic. I think it's for one of the same reasons that Jurious gave. I also like to see how other people view characters and Ilike to see how they make those characters respond to different stimuli.

I write some fanfic but it takes quite a bit for me to want to show it to anyone.
