If you've never seen Howling II, then believe me, you haven't missed much. The only person I knew who actually liked it was obsessed with Sybil Danning.

I've heard At the Earth's Core isn't much better. Haven't seen it, but I always wondered about that still-- poor Peter looks like the patient in that nervous system experiment in Young Frankenstein....

Nuff said about the awful Howling 2 but At The Earths Core is great fun . It's got Peter Cushing , Caroline Munro and some of the most enjoyably bad special effects ever seen . Actually, McClure's forte was American TV. He did quite good work in series such as The Virginian.
