If readers of this forum recall, there was a thread earlier this year that discussed the many ways Mr. Lee's various characters have died on film. I am wondering already how Count Dooku is going to meet his Maker in Episode III (since we already know that there will only be two Sith and two Jedi left, come Episode IV, the Emperor and Vader, and Yoda and Kenobi, respectively).

Anyone have any thoughts?

I think all Doku fans have come to terms with the fact that our Count is gonna get killed off in the next installment... the big question is 'how?'.

I reckon that Anakin will be responsible for it, possibly at Sidious' bidding. BUT (and a big 'but'), we all know how unpredictable Mr.Lucas is - we may all be surprised at what, when and how things unfold in Episode 3...

Too right, Alfonso... I didn't ever see a proper lightsabre fight involving Yoda coming after Phantom - I didn't even think Sidious would get another protege before Anakin until some of my friends (who I'd told that I didn't want to hear spoilers) spoiled it for me before I saw Clones! :P What are friends for, eh?

my money's on a climactic stramash between Dooku and Yoda on Dagobah. I heard a theory that the Sppoky Tree Luke enters is attuned to the Dark Side 'cause Dooku died in there.

It would be pretty atmosheric, I think. Dooku stalking Yoda through the mist and trees...

That's an interesting theory... we'll just have to wait and see. I'm sure Mr.Lucas has been playing about with his ideas for the final instalment of Star Wars. I'm sure, whatever happens, it'll be cool!
