"Christopher Lee won't play Dumbledore". That headline is totally false and misleading.

As for the rest of the article, it is a badly done copy and paste job with quotes changed slightly and new words added. Mr Lee never said those things as quoted word by word in that excuse for a news article.

I don't know how people put up with being misquoted . I guess the best thing is not to read it at all . It's happened to me in my line of work . I've passed comment on a very serious incident to a member of the press and then they go do their own thing anyway:furious:
I now only deal with two journalists who have yet to break my trust......so far

It has been sorted already. The editor is going to quote again, this time correctly. It helps that he was hoping to secure an exclusive interview and that Mr Lee if misquoted once, never again.

These things are dangerous. Maybe people think that Mr Lee does't want to play the part or something and could lead to him not being considered at all.
