For all you UK fans that have'nt seen it yet here's a chance to check out one of Christopher Lees best movies .
A Feast At Midnight is on C4 on Monday 23rd Dec at 07.00 . Yes , seven o'clock in the morning . Fine if you're off for the holidays but if not , make sure you set the video and enjoy .

What a time to show a great movie.
I would like to see it again, but not at that time, I think I will have to get the video out.

Whether at midnight or 7am, A Feast at Midnight is a treat worth watching. This ranks as one of my all-time favourite CL films. Charm, style and humour carry along a fun story. Tape it, get up early, do whatever you have to do, but see this film! Perfect Christmas fare for the family.
Cheers!

Charles, I totally agree. A Feast of Midnight is one of my favorites too and a very underrated film.

Thanks for telling us Matt, I have not seen this movie before, and I'm off work then so I'll definatley be watching it.:)
I had checked the TV listings in a magazine that came out a couple of weeks ago, but it was so early that most of the films said TBA ( to be arranged)

I've been skimming the X-mas guides for CL films, and I too spotted A Feast at Midnight, so I'll be popping in a tape and watching that simultaneously - it's my school holidays! :)
I also spotted She a week or so after Xmas on UKGold, I think, which I haven't seen.. but is on passed midnight...
I'm sure I may have seen a few odd others, but I can't recall them all. There's a James Bond programme on sometime as well, which I think Mr.Lee features in... I'll have to check up on that.

Whaddya know, I get C4. I'll be on a bus to New York on the 23rd, but it looks like a fun film to come home to.

Anybody in the Uk see this movie ?.
I set my alarm for 6.30am especially to watch it and like all good alarm clocks got me up at 8.45 am, saw that last 10 minutes or so. Sick as a parrot. The last thing my wife said to me was "have you set the video to record ?" "No, I'll get up and watch it, it`s a good way to start the day"
:dunce:
doh.

Wow! I loved the film! I'm not usually one to thoroughly enjoy this type of thing, but I got up before 7am, put in a tape to record it, went back to bed, then watched it in the evening - and I was just sucked in!
It's a real lovely film, not too sickly, and quite touching and... well, I just adored it! This is going on my fave CL film list! I'm surprised at how much I liked it. :) I'm a sentimental at heart.
I love all the takes on Jurassic Park, too... I half expected Mr.Lee's 'Raptor' to leap onto the work-tops in the kitchen scene!
And come to think of it, (a useless fact...) I was about Magnus' age when the film was made, if not a little older! :) LOL
Wonderful film. Possibly a CL film I could sway my mum to watch with me for once! :P

This film brings very good memories. Not only that but is the closest you will see Mr Lee playing himself. It is my third favourite film after Jinnah and AOTC, I live through those films.
