Nahema Nocturna is an unknown quantity at this point
This has been driving me crazy for years!! I recall an episode of one of those anthology series where CL played an actor who was starring in a movie that a group of cultists didn't want made. (It was about some sort of Aliester Crowley type who had founded their cult.) As I remember it they were shooting the last scene where this fellow rises from the dead; the doors to the crypt open and Lee's character steps out into the cinema fog and does the scene and then vanishes back into the crypt. When the producer and director go onto the set, he is nowhere to be found. You then learn that the actor's body had been found in a deserted house miles away; he had been murdered by the cultists and had been dead for at least a day.

For some reason I think it was Alfred Hitchcock Presents, but One Step Beyond and the like were running in those days as well. I hope someone out there remembers it besides me!!!

Finally tracked it down.

It ran during the 1962-63 season, was called "Sign of Satan" and was from a short story by horror master* Robert Bloch.

*and very nice gentleman. I got to interview him during my early freelancing days.
