How do we change our little pictures on our post?

I went to my "options" page to change my little picture, but when I clicked on it I got a screen thanking me for making changes. Then it took me to a page where it was going to list the avatars, but then didn't. Can I still change my little uploaded picture, or aren't we allowed to do that anymore??

There's a virtual money system going on now.
The more you post, the more you earn virtual money.
Same goed for writing reviews etc..

So that's how that works! I've been gone for awhile, so I didn't realize how the points system worked. Okay!
