Is Wyrd SIsters available in the US? I'd LOVE to see it! Christopher Lee as DEATH! and especially as Terry Pratchett's Disc World take on Death! This HAS to be FABULOUS!

Anyone who can tell me about this, please do! :thinkerg:

Wyrd Sisters is avalible in the US on DVD. So is Soul Music.
I liked Wyrd Sisters all right. Death isn't in it all that much. I've yet to find Soul Music.

Trying to explain a Terry Pratchett plot can be pretty rough so I'll try to just sum it up in a sentence.
Wyrd Sisters - about a coven of witches who meddle in the affairs of a kingdom. It has ghosts, Death (who has a fondness for kittens), Shakespearian devices, etc.
Pratchett's books are wickedly funny. Wyrd Sisters translated fairly well but not quite how I imagined.
I've yet to read or see Soul Music. What I know about it is pretty limited. It's about Death leaving his job and becoming a singer. Or something like that.
Both films are animated.

Since I am a musician, Soul Music was the first Terry Pratchett novel I ever read. It is quite funny. Death doesn't become a musician...however, the antics of his granddaughter..
