Gremlins 2

Hey guys,

At work , I noticed that Gremlins 2 is being released on DVD within the next two weeks. I don't recall seeing this film to be honest with you. Is Mr. Lee's performance worth buying the film for? I didn't really care for the original film, so I wasn't sure about this one either.

If you didn't really care for the first one, you probably won't like part 2 that much.
There are more Gremlins in this one than in the first part, which means more 'bad' jokes and funny situations.
There isn't that much story line. Gremlins take over a new build building and raise some hell over there.
It's the jokes that make the movie for me. :D

Mr Lee has a great supporting role playing Dr Catheter, you might wanna buy the dvd for that.
I pre ordered it and the dvd has been sent to me last week.
Hopefully i'll get it today.

Gremlins 2 is one of my favorite comedies of all time. Fear not if you didn't like the original film; neither did I. G2 has virtually nothing to do with the original, and does in fact poke fun at it quite a bit. This film is exceptionally well-written and often flat-out hilarious, featuring solid direction by Joe Dante, some biting satire and one of Mr. Lee's very rare and absolutely
wonderful comic performances.

The film begins with a mock Warner Bros. cartoon, which sets the tone perfectly. Expect a completely over-the-top live action cartoon.

I was watching Gremlins 2 on VH1 at home with my brothers. I liked this one better than the first one because this one had a lot more comedy than the other one. My grandfather did the special effects for the first Gremlins movie. My brothers preferred Gremlins 2 over the first Gremlins.

Well, that all sounds pretty good. I suppose I shall have to check the movie out then. I think its only $15 or so. $15 isn't bad for a few more minutes of Mr. Lee that I've not seen.
