Brentwood will release a 5-disc horror collection of 10 movies on DVD August 27, and one of the films included is Circus of Fear with Mr. Lee. Follow the link below for a VERY reasonable price on this set. These Brentwood sets aren't known for their excellent picture and sound, but if you're a fan of Mr. Lee's you might want this anyway:

I wouldn't buy this particular set, as none of the other films are of any interest to me (owing to the fact that I have not heard of most of them). I will wait for Blue Underground's release.

As for Brentwood I bought their 10-Disc Bob Hope set last year, and the quality on most of the films were superb

I would have considered the set if the other films had been 1930s-1970s classics

I am a little surprised that they includes this 1967 film in the first place !!
