I don't know if i'm biting off more than I can chew with this thread but here goes. If you read my last thread about the upcoming Hammer festival then you'll be aware that there will be an oppurtunity to purchase the new book , have it signed by the author and ( even better ) get it signed by Yvonne Monleur from Brides Of Dracula ,Geoffrey Toone from Terror Of The Tongs , Brooke Williams from The Plague Of The Zombies and any other Hammer guest who turns up on the day . As Dave Hutchens pointed out to me , not everyone can attend so ( and as I said here goes ) if anyone's interested in a copy just reply to this thread and I'll try my best .At the very least I can gaurantee the book and probably a few autographs as well . I should probably limit it to 6 replies as any more would be chancing my luck on the day . Oh Dave if it's o.k with you you're first on the list. I'll discuss the price of the book in private messages when I find out how much it is myself. I won't be taking any more than the book costs as we're all fans together . |

Matt, I was going to add my name to the list, and you could have called into Newcastle and dropped it off.:D Then I thought I might as well try and get down myself, I'm really into these 'conventions' at the minute. So Matt, we will have to look out for each other on the day. 2 questions. 1) You going by train. 2) Is Caroline Munro going to be there?:D |

Well guys I've got my six names so no more replies please. As I said , I'll supply more details as soon as I get them . Colin ,I'm flying down on the Friday morning with my mate, staying overnight at The Union Jack Club in Waterloo and flying home on the Saturday evening. I don't know if Caroline Munro is going to be there but I doubt it as she never made a Hammer film at Bray studios and that is what the day is about .I do know , however , that she will be at the NEC in Birmingham with "The Reptile" herself Jaqueline Pierce for Memorabilia 2002 which ,I believe , is August 3rd and 4th. |
