Just received this one in but haven't gotten around to watching it yet. I've got a stack of films about four feet high I need to get to, so am wondering where to place this one on the priority list.

Any recommendations on this title?

Thanks! :)

Well, it's a movie with Christopher Lee.
So i would say put it on top of the priority list.

However the movie is imo not that good.
I have this movie (very old rental version, bought it on a flea market once) and have only seen it once or twice.

Put it somewhere in the middle. ;)

Without question, the worst movie of his career. It cant decide if its a comedy or a horror film. Awful..I bought it because its him and i had seen it before ... and hated it ....but hey its Christopher Lee so you have to own it.

Thanks, guys...guess I'll slide it neatly in the middle, then, before Moon Zero Two and The Ghoul, but after the widescreen Night of the Blood Monster and the uncut Blood on Satan's Claw.

The former two I've never seen either but heard they're pretty bad, and the latter I've seen, though not uncut and not in widescreen.

So let's see...that's four movies, 90 minutes each, six hours...better get started! :)

Dave
The Ghoul's not a great movie but it has Peter Cushing , Veronica Carlson annd is directed by Freddie Francis . It also features a wonderful early performance by John Hurt . All of this greatly enhances , what would otherwise have been , an extremely bland little film .

Mr.lee has certainly been in alot of films. I've been hunting quite a few lately, because I'm a relatively new fan, and haven't seen many of his films.

Luckily, several of his movies have been on TV in the UK lately, including 3 Dracula ones (not the est, but still good entertainment) and Jinnah, with The Wicker Man and The Man with the Golden Gun following in the next week or so! Lucky, or what? :D

I do believe CL is in th Guiness Book of World Records for having made the most films. Quite an accomplishment!!!
