Just in case anyone thought (or hoped? ) I was gone for good, I'm now back. I've had problems accessing this site from home since it upgraded to a different server (probably my computer - I've had similar problems with other sites, and I STILL don't know why) so I'm now using the school system.

Upgrade your browser to IE 6.0 and all your problems will be solved.
Netscape?
Years ago, we use to code our sites making sure they were compatible with the two browsers. It was the days of the so-called browser wars. Microsoft won.
The development of NS has been slow and buggy as hell in the last 2-3 years. Every version had different incompatibility problems and at the end we just ignored their standards because otherwise you would need to code two different version of a site or include extra code just to please NS, resulting in slower download of pages.
These days, is mostly those who refuse to use Microsoft software who use it and to be honest it's their loss. They have stoped all developments and as far as I know they are now moved onto the portal arena.
Saying that, never run a critical system such as a server on Microsoft. Very expensive and certainly not worth it.
