Great interview/clip.

English people can click on the words -Version Originale-,
which is located near the bottom.
A screen will pop up and show a quicktime clip.
People with dial up modems might have a problem with loading this clip.
High quality.

I thought the interview was written in English.
But no, a beautifull quicktime movie. :D

Jacob, it's not quicktime, it's VM from 56k to 1Mb per second.

You think it's QT because if you have the full version installed, it sets itself as the default player for wm and rm files. QT downloads slowly and then plays, VM plays straight away.

No one, not even dialups should have problem in seing it, the server detects your speed and adjusts itself automatically.

The actual encoding it's the best I've ever seen, try it at full screen resolution.

Below is part of the code:

type="video/x-ms-asf-plugin" pluginspage="http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/Downloads/Contents/Products/MediaPlayer/"

An absolutely mesmerizing monologue from Mr. Lee discussing the linguistics and characteristics prevalent in Middle-Earth and of the characters inhabiting it. I don't think I've ever heard an actor speek so knowledgeably about a character or role with which he was involved. There is no mistaking the fact that Mr. Lee is himself a very big fan of Tolkien's brilliant creation. Great stuff!

And yes, the VM file loaded and played almost immediately on my 56k connection. Disable QT as the default and you'll see what I mean. A truly fascinating interview clip!

Cheers!
