I yet to pick up this dvd. Is the only verion with the extended footage only avaliable in the wooden box version?does the regular plastic case version have the extended seens as well? if it doesnt there forcing you to but the bulky wooden box version which doesnt self well with other dvd in the collection.

The normal keep case version is the shorter version.
The wooden box has the extended version as well as the normal version.

As a fan of the movie I'm glad that they have released both versions in one boxset.
And the wooden box looks excellent.

I enjoyed both versions, so it's definitely worth it to get the wooden box. My only complaint is that the box doesn't fit in my storage rack with the others, but for a classic film like this, that problem is minor. Wouldn't have missed this release for the world.
