Domenick Fraumeni is an unknown quantity at this point
In the midst of an interesting discussion regarding the dubbing of Mr. Lee in Mario Bava's The Whip And The Body, there also came some news that while being interviewed for VCI's upcoming release of City Of The Living Dead, Mr. Lee was also interviewed on this as well for a possible remastered, reissue.

Josslyn is an unknown quantity at this point
I just watched this film last night. Doesn't it appear as though everyone's voice was dubbed or is it just me?
Does anyone know why they may have done this? Was it to cover up accents?

Domenick, the link doesn't work.
I tried to look the info myself at that board. But couldn't find it. :(

Josslyn.
When you have a foreign movie with actors from different countries you will get a language barrier.
Not everyone speaks 7 or 8 different languages like Mr Lee. ;)
So in some cases the actors say their lines in their own language (English, Italian, Spanish, Dutch etc..)
They can do this because their voices will be dubbed.

Don't know if this happened with The Whip And The Body though.

Frederick Bergstrom is an unknown quantity at this point
Jacobs right....Ive seen countless foreign movies where Christopher Lees voice is usually dubbed by himself. Whip and the Body was so strange cause im so familiar with that distinct voice ..and its not his . Its strange to see someone else dub him.the movie was very enjoyable though.
