Hello fellow fans!

I have a question. I have just seen that CITY OF THE DEAD is out on DVD. I have tried looking for this movie in several video stores and I can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell me how to get my hands on this movie? Please let me know...

Elba,
The new DVD edition of The City of the Dead is not due for release until October 23, 2001. There are however other DVD versions currently available under the Horror Hotel title.

Cheers!

Hi Alba

Thanks for your reply.......I know what you mean..I bought 'The Satanic Rites of Dracula' on DVD recently and watched it as though I hadn't before......the same feeling I get when I watch 'The Empire Strikes Back' on DVD.....outstanding! And they're now releasing them uncut.......there are bits in Satanic Rites, I've never seen before..I hope they continue in the same vein with any new releases!

Yours

H.John

City Of The Dead is also available for viewing online for free at http://www.cinemapop.com/ under it's American title of Horror Hotel.

Of course, you need a good connection and this a far from ideal way of viewing it, but if you want a preview, this could be a way.

I was under the impression that most of the free movies there are public domain. Didn't think COTLD was public domain.
