The Wickerman dvd - Just some small info, maybe someone want

Anchor Bay will be releasing The Wickerman
on dvd in mid 2001. We all know that by now.
I just read that the 2 disc set will contain both
versions.
Wicker Man, The - LE 2 Disc Set (Standard & Extended Versions)

There will also be a one disc version.
But it doesn't say if it will be the short or any of the longer versions.

I just hope they dont fudge it up like they did with the Manhunter DVD. It was a 2 disc one too. I just hope they can find all the elements to put it back to rights. Cheers.

I believe that Mr. lee will be participating in a commentary track for this,one of his best if not his best.
I also believe that Anchor Bay may include a remixed, 5.1 Dolby Digital soundtrack, as is customary for most of their releases. Not positive, mind you.

While we may never see the complete version of this brilliant film, I'm really looking forward to seeing a nice, widescreen transfer of it.
