Hi, Gena.
I have it as "Rosebud Beach Hotel." There isn't enough screen time with Christopher Lee (Is there ever?), but "Rosebud Beach Hotel" is a cute 80s comedy. Drescher adds a wittily played naughtiness to an otherwise (Lee excluded) devoutly Midwestern cast.
The wife's business initiative is interesting (ethically debatable, but interesting). A man Lee's character hires to blow the place up appears throughout the movie, but the hotel has its resident commando working in the boiler room area, which he views as his personal bunker.
Except for the "Love Boat" style spat and making up between the husband and wife which, fortunately, doesn't drag on, it's entertaining.
NOTE: If memory serves, you could probably get through it without having to answer children's questions, since adult themes are handled by innuendo. There may be some toplessness in a party scene. If you have concerns, watch it after the kids go to bed.
