Hello! I'm a newbie here and so thrilled that I've found such a wonderful site on Christopher Lee. I'm a goth girl living in Canada and have adored this man for ages. I won't try to lay in a lot of artistic jargon about his film work as I've never been in the field myself BUT I just wanted to mention he has provided inspiration for me and my artwork that I couldn't have done otherwise. I love the Hammer films but my favourite character is most definitely Rochefort from the Three Muskateers. Actually...Flay from Gormenghast (Mervyn Peake rules) is excellent too, but Christopher Lee's character as 'Rochefort' man, talk about eye candy! Yes, I know - I'll skulk back into my dark corner now. |
