'An Eye For An Eye' is an action movie with Chuck Norris in the leading role of Sean Kane. Directed by Steve Carter, with whom Christopher Lee later worked with again in the 1987 film 'Jocks'.

Sean Kane is a martial arts expert who works for the police in the narcotic's department. At the beginning of the movie, his partner Dave, gets killed during a meeting with an informer known as Montoya. Dave's girlfriend, Linda Chan, does news items about a drug smuggling organization for a television station and finds a lead. She contacts Sean Kane, but before she can pass on the information she gets killed as well. Sean goes to James Chan (Makoto Iwamatsu), who is Linda's father as well as the man who trained Sean in the martial arts. They get attacked by a Chinese triad, but manage to survive. Together they attempt to solve the murders of Dave and Linda Chan.

The version I saw in the store was imported from Holland and is the same version as you have. I went again to look for it but it was already bought. Couldn't find it in London either but there's always the internet DVD shops.
