Many of you know that an EASTER EGG (in the world of DVDs) is a hidden feature that you have to search for in order to view.

The Wicker Man has a really good one, and Greg and I watched it yesterday.

Here's how you find it:

1. Insert the theatrical version of the movie in your DVD player.
2. At the main menu, select "Extras."
3. At the "Extras" Menu, "THE WICKER MAN ENIGMA" will automatically be highlighted.
4. Using your remote control, press the UP arrow.
A question mark will appear on the image of the Wicker Man to the right.
5. Press "enter" on your remote control.

Then you will see a wonderful interview by a fellow (I think his name is Sterling Smith) in New Orleans with CL and Robin Hardy. It's about 20 minutes long, and in the end, CL sings "Tinker of Rye."

A nice Easter Egg to find, you guys will love it!

By the way, if anyone knows other CL DVD Easter Eggs, perhaps instructions on how they can be found may be shared in this thread.

Carmen

The Roan Group/Troma DVD of HORROR HOTEL features an Easter Egg, although it infuriates me! From the main menu, go to "Exclusive Interview With Christopher Lee." "Intro" is automatically highlighted. Hit the left arrow button, and Mr. Lee's head in the background picture is highlighted red. Press enter and you will be "treated" to a few minutes of Mr. Lee talking before the actual interview started. These comments were obviously candid and directed toward the interviewer and not meant to be shown as part of the interview itself. I think it was a rather tasteless thing to do to Mr. Lee, personally. This is a well-published hidden feature, unfortunately, and that's the only reason I repeat it here. Perhaps more fortunately, this is only one of MANY DVD releases of this title and perhaps the least known (although the transfer is good, from 35mm elements).:furious:

Thank you for sharing this. My Wicker Man DVD is on the way, can't wait to try it out.

I've read about the Horror Hotel DVD somewhere else, very unfortunate that Christopher Lee has to put up with this sort of antics.
