Domenick Fraumeni is an unknown quantity at this point
This comes from the San Diego Comics Con,and appears to be from a Lucasfilm rep, so I'm assuming it's official:

From TheForce.net

How Do You Say Dooku?
Sun, Jul 22, 01 08:50:24 AM EDT

DarthMaul84 sends the following blurb in from the San Diego Comic Con: "Dooku is pronounced DOUGH-KU. Steve Sansweet said it, and I asked him afterwards and he said thats how it was pronounced." There you have it.

Wric adds the following: "That's brilliant of Lucas to pronounce Dooku (dough-ku). Doku is the Japanese word for poison.

Neat, eh? :)

Speaking of names, the full title to Star Wars Episode II has now been released. According to the official Star Wars site the full title is now Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones.

Well, I have to admit that that's rather better than how I thought the name was pronounced: I thought it was 'doo-KOO', which sounded much closer to 'dooky' than was wise.

[Although if Lee was being silly he could refer to himself as Count Duckie and camp it up a bit-- in an outtake, of course.]
