One of Mr Lees co-stars in " The Passage near Lourdes" (1978) also best known as Zorba the greek has past away. Screenlegend Anthony Quinn past away yesterday at a Rhode Island hospital at the age of 86.
Mr Lee shared the screen together with Mr Quinn also in "The Salamander" (1981). He was aslo an actor of first class like Mr Lee.

His last film hasn't been relised yet.

Truely a loss to the film going world. Altho I've yet to see Passage or Salmander, I'll always remember AQ from Guns Of Navarone and Revenge as well as Zorba. He will be missed.

I loved Anthony Quinn in anything.

As the Pope in SHOES OF THE FISHERMAN to ZORBA to A WALK IN THE CLOUDS, he was always full of life and just wonderful.

My fav moment which I have to share: he was being interviewed in a US program called "INSIDE THE ACTOR'S STUDIO" which is like a platform for the kids in acting school to listen to seasoned professionals discuss their craft. The interviewer (James Lipton) always asks the same standard questions to the actor at the end of each show.

One such question is, "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR GOD SAY WHEN YOU GET TO HEAVEN?"

To which Anthony Quinn replied, "Tony...I understand."

JUST PRICELESS.
