Hello everyone,

A very warm welcome to CLW, Cheryl! Although technically my home lies within the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, we're actually closer to Shepherd's Bush (the Green is literally just across the road from us) than we are to Hammersmith proper. So a wave from someone who lives in the area where you spent the first few years of your life. I used to pass through Hillingdon several times a week en route to University, which rubs shoulders with Uxbridge (all this approx. 15 miles from central London). I hope your greyhound has a speedy recovery from her injuries! Hope you enjoy your time here, and I look forward to reading more of your posts in the future. Take care and all the best to you:
