There's a similar thread to this one going about "the Star." As for
The Authorized Screen History, Mr. Rigby's book is only two years old, if that. Certainly these have been eventful years for Mr. Lee in terms of his career and the book had been completed before the release of LOTR and AOTC. But still, only two years. Give it time and, who, know, maybe Mr. Rigby will add a chapter or two about these two crucial films.
